About Us

What we do and why we do it.

Empowering Survivors to Rebuild and Thrive

Survivors are on a journey of healing, rediscovering the strength and grace God has placed within them to rebuild their lives. Through faith, hope, and God’s love, even the deepest wounds can be transformed into something beautiful.

They are living proof that healing is possible with God’s grace and the support of a compassionate community. No matter the challenges, the path to peace and freedom is always within reach!

Restoring Lives, One Survivor at a Time

OUR MISSION

We provide safe spaces, compassionate care, & raise awareness to help survivors of sex trafficking rebuild and reclaim their lives.

Meet Debbie Colton

My name is Debbie Colton. My husband, Dan, and I have served in ministry for over 35 years, raising three children, thirteen grandchildren, and fostering over seventy others. We have worked as youth pastors, church planters, and pastors. Through life’s trials, God has taught me to walk by faith and trust His guidance.

In 2013, God’s vision for me to create a safe home for survivors of human trafficking became a reality with the founding of Oasis of Hope Ministries and the opening of the Hope House, Pennsylvania’s first licensed home for minor sex-trafficking survivors. In 2019 we transitioned our focus to counseling, special events, and raising public awareness. I travel to speak for the voiceless and provide training for child advocates, knowing this work requires enduring spiritual challenges but pressing on through faith.
